Our ideal candidate

We are looking for a highly organized, self-directed, and passionate Human Resources Generalist who will support administrative HR activities, both for the ever-changing needs of our diverse portfolio of clients, as well as our own operational needs. This position is remote, and reports to the Founder/CEO.

Essential functions

  • Supporting internal day-to-day engagement with our clients and team members on a wide range of projects and topics, including compensation, leaves, performance management, recruitment, and other HR-related tasks.

  • Assists in reviewing job descriptions, job postings, policies, programs, and practices.

  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.

  • Collect and maintain HR data and trends related to compensation, benefits, and best practices.

  • Participate in the development of internal goals, objectives, and systems.

  • Additional HR Generalist responsibilities may be assigned as required.

Skills/Qualifications

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role

  • You have a hunger for efficiency and optimization, and you genuinely enjoy being part of a strong foundation in a growing company.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of human resources concepts, employment practices, and other areas of human resources.

  • Knowledge of federal & state employment-related laws and regulations.

  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and authenticity

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • You maintain poise under pressure, a calm demeanor when the stakes are high, and you can effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficient in leveraging technology to drive efficiency, and have proficiency within Slack, Asana, MS Office Suite, and G Suite
