Senior Digital Marketing Acquisition Manager

As a Senior Digital Marketing Acquisition Manager, you will utilize the larger marketing budget to launch, monitor and optimize campaigns across a number of marketing channels. Some campaigns will be run directly through this female-founded mission-driven org, while others will be run in partnership with third party vendors. You'll understand quality, scale, and all things cost per acquisition.

What you'll do

-Develop strategy for and execute all digital acquisition campaigns, using learnings to continually improve the customer experience and overall ROI

-Create monthly projections for all channels, including CPMs, CPCs, CPAs, and LTVs. Regularly exceed expectations.

-Manage and scale all digital acquisition channels including, but not limited to, paid social, search, display, influencer, and partnerships.

-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Create and maintain dashboard to share metrics with company.

-Manage and work closely with a portfolio of SKUs, understanding how to best upsell and cross sell

-Understand the needs of prospects and customers throughout various stages of their lifecycle (acquisition, retention, win-back, etc.)

-Continually brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

-Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

-Collaborate with agencies and third-party vendors, including self-serve channels, as necessary

-Collaborate with brand team to maintain brand identity through all digital marketing channels -Research marketing platforms, make recommendations, and project manage integrations with our development team


About you

-Jack/Jill of all trades when it comes to e-commerce acquisition who regularly beats forecasts

-Hustler with experience creating ads and running paid campaigns that move the needle on all major platforms

-Analytical thinker who can develop end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

-In-depth knowledge of segmentation & targeting, acquisition & retention, pricing & revenue, and conversion reporting & analytics

-Ability to research new technologies, provide thought leadership, and evaluate for adoption where appropriate

-Ability to effectively communicate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams

-Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members and work independently as needed

-Eagerness to own your part of the business and think strategically, while also willing to get into the weeds Qualifications

-4+ years of experience in direct response acquisition media buying on various ad serving tools

-Strong analytical skills with understanding of customer acquisition & retention metrics and website analytics

-Advanced Excel skills

-Consumer goods experience is a plus

-Experience with A/B testing

-Take-charge attitude, ambitious, creative, and a team player -BS/MS degree
