Becky Barton, Founder and CEO of People415, is the Founder and CEO of People415. She is a native of Omaha, NE, and currently lives in Truckee, CA. Her HR background includes staffing, recruiting, and organizational development, and she is recognized as a thought partner for start-ups and organizations on the move by aligning talent with strategy. She started her HR career in 1997 in staffing and has since led HR Strategy in non-profit, start-up, professional services, and creative agency organizations. Outside of work, Becky’s time is a flurry of kid-centric activities (including Denver the guinea pig), sports, outdoor exploring, time with her two boys, and catching up with friends. (BA, Spanish; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certification)

Emily Harrington, Associate Attorney with Maier Law Group, is a boutique employment law firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in workplace investigations, employment advice and counsel, and mediations. Emily’s practice focuses on employment advice and counsel as well as serving as a neutral factfinder in workplace investigations. Emily advises employers on all aspects of California and federal employment law, including hiring, worker classifications, equal opportunity, anti-harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, wage and hour, leaves of absence, and employee separations. Before joining Maier Law Group, Emily worked in-house at a non-profit organization where she counseled the agency on employment and compliance matters and oversaw the Human Resources functions of the organization. She completed the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) Training Institute and is an AWI Certificate Holder (AWI-CH). 

Scott Faulkner, Webinar Moderator & Risk Strategies Employee Benefits, is a well-rounded employee benefits executive who has been instrumental in helping clients with their medical and benefits needs. His expertise covers a range of solutions from fully insured to self-funded to technology consulting. Prior to advising clients on insurance needs, he worked with high net-worth individuals in managing the risk of their businesses and personal assets. With an analytical background, Scott’s expertise is developing comprehensive benefits strategies for his clients, particularly in advising on funding strategy. His data-driven approach ensures maximum value for start-ups and publicly traded clients alike.
