We have worked with them
Nobody goes on the list from a directory or a pitch. We refer people whose work we have seen on a real client.
No fees, no exclusivity
Nobody pays for an introduction and nobody is obligated to make one. The only currency is whether the client was well served.
We stay in our lane
We do HR. We do not give legal advice and we do not sell insurance. When a question crosses that line, we say so and make the call.
